The democrats sitting on the House floor chanting, recording it for public consumption, and having a Chik Fil A picnic, broke the rules of the chamber. Should they be charged with ethic violations?

House members are violating rules by sharing pictures and video of the sit-in. House rules state that people on the floor may not “use a mobile electronic device that impairs decorum.”.
