No. The N95 masks provide 95% filtration. They are not woven but are a matting of fiber. I remember reading that woven masks have a lower range and hover over a wide range around 50%. And remember the virus is largely in droplets which are more easily stopped.Got a link for those numbers?

It doesn't help that laws are passed that deny local officials from enacting measures to slow the spread.

Florida’s 7 day average for deaths is 58. In a state with over 20 million people. That’s .0002 percent of the population.

Florida’s most populated city, Jacksonville, hasn’t had a single COVID death all summer. Same for Miami and Orlando.
