Christ is real

And so your god encourages evil being done by his followers
Like I said, you separate yourself from God. You've chosen. Hope you can resist the spirits that have driven you from God. You don't have forever. The clock's ticking

Personally, I am refusing his directions. My moral senses have caused me to accept to burn forever in the lake of fire.
Then you will be disappointed. First, God does not judge on ignorance. So, unless your intentions are to hold love, mercy, and justice in contempt and opt instead for an eternity of hate, injustice, and cruelty, remember that heaven is looking for pearls of great price--and is willing to give all it has for such a pearl.

Yes, the heart of the matter because there isn't even enough interest to correctly understand scripture.
You're welcome to try to reinterpret the meanings of the bible(s). I fully expect that it's a gnawing issue for all Christians, no matter how much they try to reconcile it's ridiculous meanings.

I was referring to the choices that are available besides the 'lake of fire'. It seens that the Catholics are currently working toward something nowhere near as harsh.

I think that Catholicism will be my choice of which of the cults to 'not' believe.

There may be some more modern and better choices coming up soon? People will be attracted to an easier way to spend their second lives!

One of the other Christians suggested that the god separates the good from the bad by inferring that the bible drives away the good! A test so to speak?

You are decades, even centuries, behind the times. Catholics have always believed in Purgatory, a place of cleansing and purification. Catholics have always believed sins are forgiven. Catholic theology is that we do not know who--if anyone--is in hell.

Since it is already your first choice to get wholly wrong, definitely cross it off your list. No need to waste time getting more of it wrong. ;)

I don't understans what you're trying to say. Make it clear without the attempts to insult, or goodbye.

Probably just the two choices there have always been: An eternity of serving God and living in His presence, or an eternity of serving self and living outside the presence of God. For some, the second option has always been their idea of heaven, so happiness, it seems, is in everyone's future.

For we know Him who said, "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay," says the Lord. And again, "The LORD will judge His people."
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Hebrews 10:30-31

forgeries and fallacies - the state religion of the roman empire - christianity. as proven uninterrupted by recorded history written by the crucifiers and administered by their nefarious congregations to this day.

Then it looks like that's the one for me!
If I even bothered to find it necessary and sane to even pay attention to the nonsense. But your clarafication could be welcome to some other Americans who are living their lives in fear and finding it necessary to go to their church on Sunday. Especially now with the summer coming!

I never insult but I cannot help bursts of laughter. I think it is very funny how entirely wrong your understanding of Catholicism and its teachings are.

The catholics are just doing what is best for earning money. They make their 'hell' more 'acceptable' to the backsliders.
So much for fearing the 'lake of fire'!

What is all that doubletalk about. Regardless of who you think he was speaking, all the evil I named are still evil.

Is there any evil that the bible doesn't condone? It's a serious question.
You're wasting my time with your blind faith in what can only be described as evil.
Actually, the Scriptures condone NO evil. It does point to the inherent evil of man and judgement of sin. It does point to God's love and His provision for our salvation, which is Christ.

That could be something to laugh at!
I wouldn't know, but I'm capable of accepting the suggestions of the authorities. Are you one of them? What are the fine points on this 'purgatory' choice you mention?

Many Catholics never view it as, "We have to go to church." We are happily of the mind, "We get to go to church! Every day, if we want."

If you are married and have children: Do you wake up each day thinking, "I have to live with the wife and kids?" Or is your mood, "I am blessed and happy I am with my wife and children."

You must have a very twisted sense on what is evil. I've named a half dozen of them that are spoken of and promoted in the most popular versions of the story.

the latter but leave out the 'blessed' part because that infers that somebody or some thing is doing the blessing. There isn't, in the sense you infer. There are friends and family in the real world that send their best wishes.

Gold is purified in fire. Upon death, are we fine enough to stand in the presence of God? If not, the impurities will be washed away so that we are all we can be--pure gold.

Purgatory is not a choice. The choices are to be with God or to be without Him. No sense in going through purgatory if the choice is to live outside of God's presence.
