It seems the first appointments were Simon Magus --- for War ,
and ,
Jonathan Annas ---- for Peace
Both were Jews and Essenes .
It also seems that Simon Magus became also known as Barabbas - the figure in the middle at the three person Crucifixion .
And he was the person most instrumental in reviving Jesus the Essene after they were all removed from the crosses to the double cave ,
