The scripture goes on to describe what was happening right before the flood started. Everyone just going about daily life unaware. Then it describes why it had to happen. Only 8 humans on this earth had human DNA that had not been altered.
We will be going about our business, with our Gates' DNA corrupting serums.

Jesus described Noah as being in the past, (as it was, not, as it will be in the future". ) There is no flood in our future.
If Christ described it as an actual event, either He was confused or lying. So, that's 2 "stories" now that Christ thinks really happened, that you don't think even took place. Is Jesus nuts?
