The amount of time and the amount of pressure has a great deal to do with it. Choking a person to the point of blacking out can be done in 30-Seconds. Prolonged pressure and the position George Floyd was in had a lot to do with his death. The fact that Mixed Martial Arts Instructor testified Chauvin had Floyd in a "Blood Hold", this hold would have killed Floyd with prolonged pressure to his neck.

I think Chauvin knew what he was doing the whole goddamn time. The Teen may be been earlier trial. I'm willing to be that other persons were subjected to this over time. They have just not come forward.

It would probably be worth examining this characters record in full including all the complaints made against him. I am shocked that the judge did not allow this as evidence.
