Teen passenger in speeding car sues driver who was hit - SalemNews.com, Salem, MA

Driver gets hit head-on by drag racer going 81 mph on wrong side of road. Drag racer's passenger sues saying the the person who was hit was "carelessly and negligent".

The passenger is scum. The father of the passenger is scum. And the lawyer is scum for taking the case and milking it for his fees.

Maybe, but I think there are a couple of attorneys that post so maybe not.

And it isn't even like this is an "every defendant deserves representation" kind of case. This is a case where the ambulance chaser sees a settlement and some large fees. I hope the insurance company laughs at him and doesn't offer a red cent.
