When will it be too late to do anything about global warming?
Have we already guaranteed our doom?
Have we already guaranteed our doom?
Even if it could be proved global warming is man-made ( virtually impossible scientifically).............the idea that some think there is ANYTHING we could do about it is just beyond gone. It is the realm only of the liberal mind which automatically supposes that there is a solution to every problem if only we have the will to fix the science or the institution.
You'd have to dig but this is referenced several times in the DSM IV.........cross-categorized in some cases........but lets put it this way. Perpetually makin' shit up and then actually believing it to be an absolute truth is clearly a result of thought processing fuck-ups. Its not an intelligence thing at all ( jerkoffs on these forums often use the term "retard" and have no clue what it means). Thought processing difficulties have no correlation with intelligence in most cases.

LOL!!! Logic is now a "thought processing error"?!?! Sorry, AGW has been proven. The only questions remaning are "when" and "how bad".
The sky is not falling and we will not all die if the earth is a few degrees warmer.

That's true, not everyone's going to die!

That's true, not everyone's going to die!
Wrong, everyone is going to die eventually and it will have nothing to do with milder winters and longer growing seasons.

It's also not the point. There are all sorts of questions about what could happen, short of dying.

I always wondered what was so terrible about using less energy and fuel and having longer growing periods for crops? It's been shown that the Earth has warmed many times coinciding with human existance, and we're all still here. Greenland was actually once green.

Flooding, much of the earth's poulation would have to move.
Tropical diseases would move more easily to previously temperate regions.
So for every area that because less fertile, some will become more fertileSome areas may have longer growing periods, but others could become deserts.
Storms would become more destructive.
That enough for now?

The Earth's climate has been changing since its inception, it's not going to stop changing now because you decide to use less fuel. Someday the sun will cease to exist and if this solar system somehow survives that, this will then be a huge frozen dark ball in space, are you going to stop that from happening too?
