The Notorious “catch and kill" campaign: Turning the National Enquirer into an arm of Trump's 2016 presidential campaign

The law disagrees with you. Not even Trump's defense team argues your crazed shit. They'd be laughed out of court if they did.

Now, let the class come to order:

"“There are an awful lot of dots here which it takes a bit of imagination to connect,” said Richard Klein, a Touro Law Center criminal law professor. Bragg said the indictment doesn’t specify the potential underlying crimes because the law doesn’t require it. But given the likelihood of Trump’s lawyers challenging it, “you’d think they’d want to be on much firmer ground than some of this stuff,” said Klein, a former New York City public defender."

and Trump's team did not dispute the fact.

Rarely do I encounter the high level combination of ignorance and arrogance that you display.

What is your secret?

So what's the underlying crime DOPE? Seems your boy Fat Alvin doesn't know what it is. Even though it's REQUIRED for him to even think about bringing a case. Which the FEC and DOJ declined to prosecute saying no campaign violation took place. After today's debacle, Fat Alvin would be best served to just drop this case before he embarrasses himself even more.
In case you haven’t noticed. The case is well under way.
No one is making your challenges but you. :cuckoo:

'Catch and kill' was a term made up by the Manhattan DA's office, as Pecker testified he'd never heard the term until it was 'suggested' to him by the rats in the DA's office.

Ok… so?
What’s your point? That he didn’t know it was a crime?
