He is not going to be allowed to re-litigate the 2020 election as his defense. Any claim he could possibly make has already been laughed out of court.

Well it should be allowed as the feds claim he knew at the time of J-6 that he had lost.

Witness will have to be allowed to come forward to either confirm or deny his state of mind as they saw it on that day and the days preceding, you know, as evidence was being gathered on voting irregularities or the lack thereof.

Sure it might just amount to "Release the Cracker" but he has that right.....You can bet the feds will have their witness lined-up.
