South Dakota doesn’t have an overrun of cases coming to their hospitals. The have one of the lowest per capita as far as infection rates. They have a surplus in state funds. Their virus numbers are trending down will the rest of the nation are trending up dramatically. I’m not seeing a mishandling, I’m seeing a governor that took a scientific approach and dealt with the virus that was appropriate for her area.

Florida, New Jersey, New York and California seem to have had a tougher time with the virus but at least Florida unlike New York and New Jersey didn’t toss the elderly in nursing homes to die and infect others.
