What does your family like to have for Thanksgiving?
We have had roasted turkey, ham and prime rib over the years, but turkey has always been the overwhelming favorite. We will be giving thanks with my daughter and her family this Thanksgiving and her husband is going to smoke a turkey on his grill. I am interested to see how it turns out.Most people eat turkey for Thanksgiving.
Some people have ham.
Some people have fish.
Even some have roast.

Haven't had any Blue Nun in a long time--do they still make it?Might be some white liebfrauenmilch wine for openers then delicious home made baba ghanouj with some tabbouleh salad on the side, finished with some baklava or portokalopita for desert! Yum.
