Which description is more accurate? And why it matters.

This would be much easier if they would just admit that they don't care. Trump himself said he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and they'd still vote for him.

Just admit it. "I don't care what he does. I love him, he makes the people I hate angry, and I just don't give a shit what laws he breaks or how he breaks them."

What in the world are they afraid of at this point? They can just be honest now, about this and other things they always deny. Maybe after Inauguration Day.
They don't want to appear to be exhibiting cult-like behavior..............while they exhibit cult-like behavior. So they spin the shit out of everything.

Berg, I’ll give you some serious advice. You’re making yourself look pretty horrible venting your rage about your election loss. Best thing for you to do is to take a break for a while. If not, when you finally wind down from this tantrum, you will feel the need to delete this account and create another.
The overarching point being when you dissemble the purpose of the rhetoric he uses you find trump's intention behind it is to obfuscate the truth.

There was an ongoing dispute about whether Trump was required to turn over the documents.

This was new territory for the courts since every single previous president all the way back to George Washington had taken documents out of office when they left with no particular objection from anybody about this very common practice.

So this was a unique prosecution targeted at one man only. It was not based on. based on precedent or rule of law.

While there was negotiation ongoing, with Trump acting in good faith, the corrupt prosecutor decided to go to some magistrate with nothing to lose and get a subpoena so they could say “woo hoo we win.”

Well, they won the battle. The battle of the underwear, I suppose we should call it. But clearly they and you have lost a war.

The only question remaining is whether Jack Smith can stay out of a federal prison himself. I hope he already has his GoFundMe set up, because politically motivated prosecution can be very costly to the target, as the Democrats have cackled over these last eight years.

Isn't it time to start a forum just for Trump-Hate whiners? This thread, and most threads from this "poster', belong there.

STILL YOUR PRESIDENT

The objection was based on the unique event of a prez removing classified docs and refusing to return them when asked.

The documents in Mr. Trump’s boxes include information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the United States and foreign countries; U.S. nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and plans for possible retaliation in response to foreign attack.

Except that the case has been dismissed.
The overarching point being when you dissemble the purpose of the rhetoric he uses you find trump's intention behind it is to obfuscate the truth.

The truth in this instance being the pursuit of the classified docs was national security, not election interference.

Is it this one...........

During trump's recent interview with NBC's Kristen Welker he said FBI Director Wray, "invaded my home."

Or is it this one.......

After months of refusing to fully comply with a subpoena for the return classified docs in trump's possession at MAL the FBI obtained a search warrant for the property and executed a search. Highly classified docs were found.

The DoJ and the National Archives had been working to get trump to return the classified material for months prior to the search.

The archives alerts Trump’s team to missing material.

Gary M. Stern, the archives’ general counsel, emails Mr. Trump’s representatives — the lawyers Patrick F. Philbin, Michael Purpura and Scott Gast — saying that the government had discovered that the original correspondence with Kim Jong-un, the North Korean leader, was missing, as was a letter that President Barack Obama had left for Mr. Trump at the White House upon leaving office.

The warrant to search Mar-a-Lago is approved.

......................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Calling the search an invasion of his home goes to the heart of the rhetorical duplicity that is a hallmark of trumpery. It turns the truth on its head. The same way the truth gets turned on its head when trump says his prosecutions were an attempt at election interference.

It's as though trump forced the DoJ's hand because he knew he would be able to spin the search in to complaints about a violation of his privacy to those susceptible to being gaslighted. When in truth he left the DoJ no choice in the matter. Once it became aware of the details of the case the DoJ had an obligation to get the classified material back for the sake of national security.

Of course it was election interference. The entire persecution of Trump is election interference. The theft of Melania's underwear is purient interest.

Basically, its trumps fault. He could have fought the subpoena. He could have tried to do something besides just ignore it.
Did they politicize it? Yes, unfortunately. Our government is corrupt. Thats what happens when they can do whatever in the fuck they want.
Trump's lawyers were in communication with the archivists....The raid was a Waco-esque show of unvarnished brute force, without all the shooting.

Either you do not know the meaning of the word “unique,” or you are just flat lying.

Don’t you ever wonder why your worship of Joseph Robinette Biden causes you to have to lie so often?

PURE UNADULTERATED BULLCRAP

The 2nd subpoena was issued in order to give the DC Based FBI Crossfire Hurricane Cartel the pretext to enter the scene and invade Mar-A-Lago . The WEAPONIZED FBI-DOJ did not and could not go to Court and demand that President Trump explain the reason he >>>ALLEGEDLY<<<<failed to comply with the Original subpoena.

Actually, it wasn't. Did you follow the sequence of events leading to the search? trump could have avoided having his home searched at any time during the process by returning the docs.

But once the investigation began and Smith obtained testimony about the docs being moved, being unsecure, and that trump had no intention of complying with the subpoena, something had to be done. "Election interference" is a rhetorical smokescreen.

There never were any classified documents. There were papers put into the classified folders that the FBI brought with them. The case was dismissed. That's the part you can't bring yourself to comprehend. The case was dismissed.
