Dem have always been nutless. Casteration not needed.
NO!
They were not always this way, it is a fairly recent development that began quietly in the 1970's when their leftist Senator got smashed by Nixon in 1972, which they have NEVER forgotten especially when Nixon stupidly tried hard to cover up a break-in called Watergate. Leftism came to the forefront in the 1990's in the Congress when they greatly increased the partisan attacks on the Republicans who behaved like the deer in headlights, which was vividly shown in the budget showdown in the Clinton administration.
John F. Kennedy was the last CLASSIC Liberal in the White House, the last Democrat to promote Tax cuts, the last Democrat to be very civil with his counterparts. Jimmy Carter was the very last Democrat to be decent and civil with his opponents, unfortunately he was a weak leader. Ever since then Clinton and especially Obama have been very ugly leaders to people around them and to the nation. Democrats used to be a decent party, with Scoop Jackson, Mike Wallace, Warren Magnussen, Mike Mansfield, Tip Oneill and so on. Now we have ugly men in Durban, Reid, Schumer and more who are partisan hacks, they are UGLY men.
I was a Classic Democrat until the early 1990's when the ongoing internal rot of the Democrat party became too hard to ignore, left it to become an Independent over time. No longer support any political parties, sometimes not even vote at all, I didn't vote for Trump because I couldn't be sure of anything, didn't vote for McCain either who ran a poor Presidential campaign, lacked true leadership.
Now I will much more likely vote for Republicans because of the inner leftist ugliness that are now too much for me to overlook, which is why I will Vote from Trump in 2020 and vote for Republicans and occasionally Libertarian. I am unhappy at how ugly democrat party has become that should get (DESERVE!) a smackdown in future elections to drive out the slime that has accumulated in it, then hopefully Classic Liberals can once again regain their rightful place as the mainstay of the party, then I might reconsider rejoining them, if I live long enough.
