trump invoked the 5th amendment over 440 times in NY deposition

The American people have every right to infer Trump's criminality and guilt.
And real Americans have every right to acknowledge the long list of Dim felons who already have been proven guilty and demand their punishment. Your ilk has proved nothing that Trump is even guilty of doing.

The code used is the Perjury code, the tactic is to bring up something from years ago, don't allow the person access to what they said, and ask them again as part of a deposition. Any deviance, even due to honestly forgetting about the past occurrence, is now Perjury.

The best part is the whole exercise isn't to get a conviction, but to just the the CHARGE out and make the person defend themselves, giving the press opportunities to dig further and find unrelated dirt on the person.

It is the fruition of the left's desire to destroy anyone opposing them.
Fantasy.

Trump has suggested on many occasions that people who invoke their right against self-incrimination are guilty. “You see the mob takes the Fifth,” Trump said during a 2016 rally in Iowa. “If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?” The line was a jab at his opponent, Hillary Clinton, whose aides had invoked the Fifth in a congressional investigation. Trump used similar attack lines so many times that MSNBC was able to put together a compilation video earlier this year.

Kinda blows out your claim that trump said something years ago, a half-truth since he made the same claim several times as noted in the link.

You're still not getting it. A judge can tell jurors to disregard things or not consider things but they still do. Taking the fifth carries with it the appearance of guilt no matter what any judge may say because of the horrible people who have used it in the past. No lawyer is ever going to tell an innocent man to take the fifth because of how it makes them look.
No lawyer?

Your final paragraph is not the case when The Donald expressed how he feels about the 5th. It matters not, only to protect him when the facts ae proven by documents and witnesses presented under oath on the trial.

It only saves him from one more felony conviction.
Again, I don't care what Trump thinks, I don't think much of him.

Mr Flynn plead guilty to making false statements to the FBI.

I noticed you stopped there.

In May 2020, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a motion to dismiss the charge against Flynn with prejudice, asserting that it no longer believed it could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Flynn had made false statements to the FBI or that the statements, even if false, were materially false in regards to the FBI's investigation. Sullivan then appointed an amicus, John Gleeson, to prepare an argument against dismissal. Sullivan also allowed amici to file briefs regarding the dismissal motion.

United States v. Flynn - Wikipedia.

It took a pardon to stop a activist Judge from rampaging over Flynn for political purposes.

I claimed he changed his tune from WHAT HE SAID YEARS AGO due to the weaponization of perjury traps he saw in the Flynn case.

Next time try reading and comprehending my postings, fucktard.
