UN Members states are simply not compelled to act on UNSC resolutions. Interesting you don't know that.

Strange.....I remember Obama's drone campaign in Syria and Yemen that went on for quite some time.

Instead of allowing media coverage of these events....they told them to hide the fact it ever happened.

Not to mention the fact that Obama's actions in Egypt, Tunisa and Libya, as well as his abandonment of Iraq which created ISIS, Syria was just another attempt at regime change by Obama. The end result was millions of Muslims fleeing to the West to escape war. They called this the Arab Spring. This is how they got millions of Muslims to flood Europe, The UK, Canada, and the United States. It was simply the spread of socialism and the fleecing of the West with the full support of the UN.
