The New York Post reports that police in Port Arthur, Texas, have home surveillance video that clearly shows a man robbing a house and running away, but not before he cuts the grass in the front and back of his victim’s house.
Footage shows a person, identified as Marcus Renard Hubbard, allegedly removing items from the house, among them a lawnmower, which he then gasses up and uses to cut his victim’s lawn.
Police arrived and chased him away, although he pulled the lawnmower behind him for a bit before abandoning it in a nearby alley and taking off.
Hubbard is now wanted for burglary and Port Arthur police are hopeful someone with information about his whereabouts will call them.
