They're just not taking the proper look at the issue.
I know you love our country being completely overrun by foreigners. Because you hate the United States, besides your fake name and the disgusting use of Ronald Reagan's picture in your avatar.
It's estimated that within a few short years, ONE MILLION Chinese "birthright citizenship" babies will be eligible to vote.
You'd better bone up on your Mandarin, pal. Because we're losing this country. They couldn't have foreseen in 1858 how the 14th Amendment could be interpreted to aid our worst enemies. They couldn't travel back then like they can today.
Irrelevant to the USA ConstitutionUnrestricted Birthright Citizenship
What countries have birthright citizenship?
Below is a list of 35 countries with unrestricted born-in-a-country citizenship, i.e., that unconditionally endow citizenship to anyone born in their jurisdiction.

Note that Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, and St. Lucia all allow unrestricted birthright citizenship. Not according to current law.In order to give birth to a citizen you have to be one in the first place
It has been like this since 1868 and we're still here. Seems like a lot of people just started to panic yesterday. There are already over 5 million Chinese Americans and we haven't "lost" this country.No.

A child born in the United States to a non-citizen mother and an American father is automatically a U.S. citizen at birth under the principle of birthright citizenship. The child is a U.S. citizen regardless of the parents' marital status or the mother's legal status in the U.S..So you're saying that the children of men who are American citizens, cannot be citizens unless their mothers are also American citizens? According to you, since men cannot "give birth" to anyone, only women who are American citizens can give birth to American citizens.

Then deny them entry. Problem solved.Pregnant Chinese women are lining up to come to America to have their child here, whereupon they return to China. The child is raised in Communist China, then returns here with full American citizenship.
You like that idea?

Do you disagree?... According to you, since men cannot "give birth" to anyone...
People immigrate because they want what your country if offering. They're leaving a place they want to LEAVE. They have no interest in recreating it where they are going.
