We blacks are supposed to like and respect a man who has worked nearly half his life working to end everything that alowed him to be.
Some here have declared that Thomas is perhaps the greatest living American. These are the types who tell blacks like me how terrible and wrong we are for despising the fact that this man exists. So let me provide you with an example of what Clarence Thomas has done so you can understand the disdain blacks have for this man.
If a white man were on the Supreme Court for 35 years working to deny every law that provides whites freedom and opportunity, not one of these right-wingers would consider that person a great human being. Nor could anyone even get to try convincing those people of how wrong they are to feel that way. They would not accept being told what to think by others because they dislike what that person has done.
But we blacks are supposed to love and respect this sellout because whites say so. Not because of how we see his policies affecting us, but because he has been good for whites.
