Oct 30, 2025 — private equity firms have aggressively acquired health systems, hospitals, physician practices, nursing homes, and other health care facilities.
Yeah US healthcare is only going to get worse, as the capitalists take full control.

It’s now the American Way to make things worse while charging more.

Lol.

Get help. You’re mentally ill.

The Liberal Democrats in the US are socialists. They use class warfare and class envy as their tools. Look at Liz Warren who has made Elon Musk’s paper wealth milestone as the world’s first trillionaire as her target. People can hate Musk all they want and even choose to be jealous over his wealth but the reality is he took economic risks, failed, and lost money to get there. All the while Liz Warren sits atop her $10 M wealth she has accumulated as a so-called public servant.

Then there is Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen demonizing Apple for closing a Maryland store because its employees unionized. What he is not telling you is that location was hemorrhaging losses due to other mall stores closing and patrons getting carjacked and violence among teens.

Lol.

Get help. You’re mentally ill.
Gotcha, *****. :dev3:
Can't answer for your socialist track record, eh?
No shit.
100% FACT.
That's what YOU want, asshole.
But you sissy soy-bois don't have the numbers, don't have the means, and most of all, you don't have the BALLS.
You'll NEVER get your retarded SOCIALIST REVOLUTION in America. NEVER. ☠️

No socialised healthcare never works. You pay more wait for months and even years and the quality is poor
Israel has a universal, state-mandated healthcare system rooted in socialist ideals. Established under the National Health Insurance Law of 1995, the system guarantees medical coverage as a fundamental right for all citizens and permanent residents.

What were you saying?

I thought all Israelis get free HC provided by the American taxpayer.
Israel has thriving economy. Its healthcare is much like Medicare. 80% of the people buy a supplement in addition. Its the only government system I have seen that actually works. Only Jews are smart enough to make it work.

Americas healthcare is superior but our problem is cost. That can be reduced by reforming tort laws and limiting malpractice payouts. Democrats oppose that

Current Challenges
  • Resource Constraints: Compared to the average among OECD nations, Israel spends a relatively low percentage of its GDP on healthcare (roughly 7.2%). This translates to structural shortages in hospital beds, as well as a lower ratio of doctors and nurses per capita than many other Western nations. [1]
  • Wait Times: Like many universal systems, specialized care or elective procedures can involve significant wait times, which drives the high adoption of supplementary HMO insurance. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Major challenges within the Israeli healthcare system include:
  • Workforce Shortages: The system is constrained by a lack of personnel, having significantly fewer physicians and nurses per capita compared to the OECD average. Additionally, Israel suffers from a "brain drain" as many highly qualified medical specialists leave for better salaries and conditions abroad. [1, 2]
  • Infrastructure Deficits: Israel has a low number of general hospital beds per capita, well below the OECD average, leading to high bed-occupancy rates and long wait times for specialist consultations and elective procedures. [1]
  • Geographic and Social Inequality: There is a pronounced disparity in healthcare access between the affluent central region and the geographic peripheries (such as the Negev and Galilee). Residents in these peripheral areas often have to travel long distances for specialized care. Furthermore, significant health and life expectancy gaps exist between Jewish and Arab populations. [1, 2]
  • Aging Population: The rapidly growing demographic of citizens aged 65 and older is putting immense, unsustainable pressure on nursing care and long-term funding models. [1]
  • Public Mental Health System Strain: The public mental health sector struggles with accessibility issues and long waitlists, a problem compounded by mass-trauma events and ongoing regional conflicts that have surged the demand for psychological support. [1, 2]
