Part of the genius of how the Founders designed our country's government is the concept of separation of powers:
"Separation of powers is a doctrine of constitutional law under which the three branches of government (executive, legislative, and judicial) are kept separate. This is also known as the system of checks and balances, because each branch is given certain powers so as to check and balance the other branches."
It is clear that the Democrats want to undo what the Founders intended as they have taken over the Judicial branch of government. That is one of the reasons why our government is currently so screwed up. Just like a three legged bar stool with two of the legs too close together, the bar stool is no longer stable. There, I can't make it any simpler for Democrat supporters to understand. Just think of a bar stool and you falling off of it because two of the legs are too close together. Do you get it now?
