They historically have always been anti-Russian.
They collaborated with Hitler in WWII.

Do you extend the same criticism to Trump, who was the president recieving far higher level briefings for 4 years and had no plan?

Biden is rolling out new sanctions daily and is working with our allies to isolate Russia.

Specifically cutting oil will instantly mean higher oil prices which actually BENEFITS Russians in short term, while raising our already high prices. Not that Biden will not get to this point, but this will not be a hard stop plan, but rather phased tapering off Russian energy exports over time.

Our "Syrian bases" were totally illegal and criminal.

Putin was not president when the US invaded Afghanistan, so could not have been the one to put bounties on US soldiers.

The Ukraine was convicted of stealing Russian oil and gas, so there is no doubt the Ukraine is more corrupt than even Russia.

As far as the Ukraine joining NATO, we used force to prevent Cuba from becoming a Warsaw Pact member, if you remember.
Russia has the same rights the US has with the Monroe Doctrine.
