Nonetheless, one thing that they are ignoring and putting aside (because it would mostly destroy want they believe will now be achieved) is Trump's competency in getting things DONE.

Trump has been incompetent all his life and was generally incompetent during this first presidency. There is absolutely no reason to believe he has changed and has now become competent enough to accomplish the goals that the right wants. Trump rarely changes in anything, especially when it comes to helping others. He always blames others when things go wrong and that never helps to fix things to where they go right the next time.
