Repub's Idea to Block SCOTUS Nomination May Be Super Stupid

Seeing how so many cases may be determined by lower courts with Democrat appointed Judges in the majority, the concept and idea being propagated by Mitch McConnell, Donald Trump and other leading Republicans might backfire big time. Many, if not most of the cases the conservatives thought would be won because of the balance on SCOTUS are now in limbo. Instead of going for a moderate who might give some support to some of the conservative causes the Repub's have decided to gamble with the whole farm.

Regardless of Reuters opinion, it's not only a good idea but it's the freaking law for the judicial branch to check the powers of the executive branch. The concept of Separation of Powers and Checks and Balances are built into articles 1-2 and 3 of the Constitution. Media propaganda is also guaranteed by the Constitution but Reuters ain't a legitimate source for Constitutional law.
