They're saying it didn't happen. In fact, they've testified under oath to the committee and the committee chose not to play that tape but to, instead, bring in a hearsay witness. The witness, of course, never names her source. If it had been one of the agents involved, she would have named them - or would have certainly by now since they've made a fool of her.

One question I have is just how often do Secret Service agents hang around talking to White House staff about their protectorate? How unprofessional would that be? Honestly, I don't believe for a minute that anyone from the Secret Service told Hutchinson even hello.

Actually, it doesn't look like she lied about anything. No one has came forth, under oath, to disprove what she has said, and no one will. In fact, the committee probably already has confirming testimony from other witnesses or they never would have went in the direction they did.

There is also a growing case of witness tampering. But perhaps most telling, there is already an open and shut case for wire fraud. Trump, his family members--well except for Ivanka and Kuschner, who were too smart to do it, sent out hundreds of emails soliciting donations to their legal defense fund, THAT NEVER EXISTED.
