From what I have read, nausea is the most common side effect and it occurs in approximately 20% of users. The next common side effect is diarrhea, which occurs in 9 out of 20 users.

I have now 128kg and im 1.74m
I think i should not be more then 100kg but im not sure i will lose that much more
If i lose another 10kg i would be happy

You have a lot of free time on your hands. I didn't get into weight training until I retired and also have free time, now I look forward to some kind of workout every day. YouTube is a great source of information and motivation.
