Feed your own children, people. From what I understand from a few friends who are in education, the real problem with school lunches is a matter of funding, not nutrition guidelines. The funding level is already weak, and then most kids are getting free lunches which strains the food budget even more. That results in shit food. The solution is to feed your own children.

We already covered that. Many Schools inspect the brown-bag kids and force them to throw away non-approved food from home.

Vouchers are yet another example of "small government" conservatives wanting the government to give them a handout.

The free market would figure that out. Also if public schools had to compete for students. It would make them better. A win win.

Many Private schools are cheaper to run than Public Schools. That's an indisputable fact.

And Private schools have a much higher College admittance of students than do Public schools. Another fact.

Cheaper to whom? To the Parent? No. To run? Yes.

No.

There is not one single private school in the USA that costs less than $10,000 per year.

The only way a private school can be cheaper than a public school is if it gives out a scholarship, which means that the price is not the same for all students.
