Trump ripping up an oversite deal is what allowed them to advance their nuke development. So this threat was caused by trumps poor decision to disengage years ago. More recently Trump decided to bomb because he couldn’t work out a deal. Obama worked out a deal because he brought a world alliance with him. A bridge Trump burned a while ago. It all boils down to poor leadership and decision making by Trump.
