Here are the 14 points of the MoU as reported by Iranian media:

The permanent and immediate cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon
America's commitment to non-interference in Iran's internal affairs
Complete lifting of the U.S. naval blockade within 30 days
A U.S. commitment to withdrawing its forces from around Iran
Reopening the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days with Iranian arrangements
Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products and derivatives and full access for Iran to its financial resources
Reconstruction plans for Iran worth at least $300 billion
60 days of negotiations for a final agreement based on nuclear issues and the complete lifting of primary, secondary and U.S. sanctions
Reiterating Iran's commitment to the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) not to produce nuclear weapons
The U.S. not to increase its forces in the region nor impose new sanctions
Release $24 billion in blocked Iranian funds during the 60-days of final negotiations. Half must be freed up before talks begin
Establishing a monitoring mechanism to implement the agreement
The final agreement will be approved by a U.N. Security Council Resolution
Final negotiations will not begin before the release of half of Iran's frozen funds, the suspension of Iran's oil sanctions, and the lifting of the naval blockade

This is supposed to be a Trump WIN?

You listen to Iranian propaganda?

Assuming that IS the deal, Trump should puss on it then wipe his ass with it before burning it rather than signing it.

Why would you believe what Islamic terrorists say?

Until we see the actual text, we have no idea what it really is. This sounds legit though. If true MAGA will say its the best deal ever.

Bullshit. I'd be shocked and pissed if Trump agrees to this; the reality probably is that the Iranian media will distort whatever the actual agreement is so it looks like their side won. 'Course, I ain't exactly a MAGA person per se, but I did vote for him 3 times.

Interesting to see if we get to actually see what the agreement says. Would Trump kinda spin it to look like a big win for him and us? I think both sides are going to claim victory and things will basically go back to what they were politically, beyond the fact that Iran's nuclear facilities got destroyed (mostly?).

Are they still going to be an exporter of terrorism, supporting Hamas, Hezbollah, and so on? I think so. Are they going to continue to attack Israel and the other ME nations that are not shiite? I think so. Are they going continue to develop nuclear weapons? I think so, probably with some help from Russia and China. So, how much of a difference did this war make in the long run? Opinions will differ, my guess is, not much. In the short run, maybe. But they don't sound like they wanna play nice, I don't see much change in their attitudes.

The UN is approving the peace deal, or did you not read it?
That’s another significant reason NOT to sign the deal.

Ive seen the things Iran wants and the fact that there is no nuclear program elimination on this deal. Those are non-starters for me. Period.
