Here are the 14 points of the MoU as reported by Iranian media:
The permanent and immediate cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon
America's commitment to non-interference in Iran's internal affairs
Complete lifting of the U.S. naval blockade within 30 days
A U.S. commitment to withdrawing its forces from around Iran
Reopening the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days with Iranian arrangements
Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products and derivatives and full access for Iran to its financial resources
Reconstruction plans for Iran worth at least $300 billion
60 days of negotiations for a final agreement based on nuclear issues and the complete lifting of primary, secondary and U.S. sanctions
Reiterating Iran's commitment to the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) not to produce nuclear weapons
The U.S. not to increase its forces in the region nor impose new sanctions
Release $24 billion in blocked Iranian funds during the 60-days of final negotiations. Half must be freed up before talks begin
Establishing a monitoring mechanism to implement the agreement
The final agreement will be approved by a U.N. Security Council Resolution
Final negotiations will not begin before the release of half of Iran's frozen funds, the suspension of Iran's oil sanctions, and the lifting of the naval blockade

You know what it says, Midcan? It says the majority of Americans saw through the left's campaign of lawfare that was used against Donald Trump under the Biden Administration! They voted for Trump in larger numbers AFTER that lawfare!
As for the two women that Trump defeated? Hilary was not charged with a crime because James Comey made the amazing statement that she wasn't "sophisticated" enough in how things worked in Washington to understand that she was breaking the law! Kamala is just an idiot. Why would any rational person vote for either? Because they're women? That's a sad viewpoint!

No one has said the Iranian military has defeated the USA. We're saying that Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth lost this war. They started an illegal war that didn't have the support of either your allies or the American people.
They failed to get the backing of Congress for this attack, or the UN, and they failed to so much as notify your allies either in Europe or the Middle East.
Reports are that Trump was told the Iranians would close the Straits of Hormuz and Trump rejected this notion out of hand. This continues a Trump tradition of under-estimating the people he's negotiating with. Trump continues to believe he's the best negotiator who ever lived, when in fact, he's the WORST.
In every public negotiation of either term, Trump has come out on the short end of the stick. Kim Jung Il came out of their negotiation with permission to develop inter-continental ballistic missiles and Trump got a box of bone fragments from the Korean War. Kim was another despot that Trump assured the world he would never allow to develop nuclear weapons.
Trump's rewriting of NAFTA increased the US Trade Deficits with both Canada and Mexico and did NOTHING to stop the unabated off-shoring of US jobs to Mexico.
The trade war in Trump's first term, which tore up and renegotiated virtually all of the US trade agreements throughout Europe and Asia. This resulting in the US trade deficit nearly doubling.
In his second term, Trump tore up all of the trade deals he negotiated in his first term, and trade deficits, which were falling under Joe Biden, are climbing once again.
