Then why did Obama at al expend so much energy working on JCOA? Why did it matter that Iran has a nuclear weapon if they are fearful of MAD? I can help you a little. They would arm a terrorist with said nuclear weapon if possible and then raise their hands in the air as if they had nothing to do with it.

As for nukes, I've worked with them in the service. Not an engineer, but my understanding is that the refinement of nuclear material is so complex that any use of it, even after a detonation, reveals where it was made/refined. Iran could make a Dirty Bomb, give it to the Houthis who, in turn, load it aboard a cargo plane, fly it off the East Coast of the US at 40,000' and detonate it thus spreading nuclear material for hundreds of miles along the Eastern seaboard. Analysis would reveal it came from Iran.

If that happened, I would support the complete destruction of Tehran. Anyone who thinks the Iranians aren't smart enough to know the consequences should educate themselves on the subject.

The reason Iran wants a nuke is the same reason Israel wanted one; to prevent conventional invasions. When Israel got the bomb, the Arab army attacks stopped and the switch to terrorism began. Why? Because they knew a conventional attack could easily lead to a loss of their respective capitols.

You may support that, but there are plenty of far-lefties that would not. They may not try such with Trump as President, but with a president like Biden or at plethora of other spineless Democrats, I wouldn’t be on it. Either way, why risk it?
