Whose side are you on? God or Satan. This is His will for a just society. Are you trying to live it?

And I will make for them a covenant on that day with the beasts of the field, the birds of the heavens, and the creeping things of the ground. And I will abolish the bow, the sword, and war from the land, and I will make you lie down in safety

I love that verse and other similar ones.

In the past, I never thought about it....But now, it's so clear, and it's like once you see it, you can't unsee it. THAT is God's will for all creation. Peace and harmony. Since God does not change, His intent and perfect will never changed.

The usual response is: That's the future, but that's not the way the world is now." Of course it's not the way the world is now, but we DO have a choice in the matter. And Jesus clearly taught us to want and pray for God's will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven. So why not choose compassion and peace now?

I know I've shared this particular reel many times, but you reminded me of it, so I'll share it again haha...

Hosea 2:18 explains WHY we don't have th Golden Age with the animals that God promises for the future. The problem is US! When He take our weapons we use to terrorize His creatures, THEY WILL CHANGE after OUR natures become God like

The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, The lion shall eat straw like the ox, And dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain,” Says the LORD-- Isaiah 65

A lot of people say with their mouths that they are on the side of God but their hearts show they are on the side of Satan.

The most powerful "weapons" are in our minds and come out of our mouths. We should all pay attention to our thoughts and our words. Before a gun or knife ois picked up thoughts and words precede it.

Then why didnt he just create it like that? Instead of this bullcrap?

He DID create it like that. In the very beginning (The Garden of Eden) it was basically a paradise. Predation did not exist in the beginning, because God's true intent and perfect will was, is and always will be peace and harmony among all creation.

Why did it change? From a biblical perspective, it was the fall of man (when sin first came into the world) that began all the changes in this world. It's when everything began to go downhill. There's more to it than that, but that's it in a nutshell. :)

If he did, the fruit story wouldnt exist. Unless, god makes mistakes, and he isnt omniscient.
Because an omniscient one would know he would be defied. Correct?

Why do you say that the fruit story wouldn't exist? The fruit story (that sounds funny, I've never heard it called that lol) IS about the fall of mankind....which is precisely what I was talking about, when I said that that was the turning point.

And no, God doesn't make mistakes. But now you're starting to get into a whole other topic... about the "problem of evil" and how it can co-exist with God's omniscience. That's a thread in and of itself, but that topic has been discussed tons of times. And that's a heavy topic for this early in the day. :) For now I just wanted to say that from a biblical perspective, in the beginning things were not at all like they are today.

lol it kinda is, isnt it?
I said that because if he didnt create it that way, the story wouldnt have happened, because eve would not have disobeyed.
Yes, that might make a good thread. I already have an argument for it 🤪

Emphasis being 'in that day'. Which begs the question, 'what day'?

(Hosea 2:18) "And in that day will I make a covenant for them...."

Adam and Eve in the Garden was not God's goal. It was not the end of what He wanted. It was but the means to the end. (Hosea 2:18) speaks to the end. And much must happen before in order to reach that end.

Ok, maybe it's just me (I got very little sleep last night)...but I'm still not sure why you see it that way. Why do you assume that Eve's disobedience has anything to do with the condition of the world at that time? We know that in the beginning all creation was given a plantbased diet, by reading Genesis 1:29-30. Also, at the end of Genesis 1, it clearly states that everything was "very good." That goes along with the character and nature of God... who is love, goodness, truth, justice, peace, beauty and order.

And also, unless you believe that God is fallible (which in and of itself doesn't make sense)...it makes no sense to assume that God would start things out in a messed up way. Why would God start off creating a bad world, when He can just as easily create a good world? Don't get me wrong. People who believe in Darwinian evolution will see it all very differently, of course. But all I'm saying is that from a biblical standpoint, in the beginning this world was completely different than the way it is today. This is a fallen world.

Yeah, even though I know these things, when I posted this, and I know you've experienced this, it's as if God opened a dark curtain and let in the light. I knew OF this Scripture but suddenly I KNEW it.
He promises a literal COVENANT with them that they can sleep without fear and enjoy the life He gave them without fear. Sadly, He mostly promises protection from HUMANS, but also the Predatory natures of some animals. I don't think we really understand just how much God cares for ALL of His creation. He never would have created them if they didn't matter to Him

You don't understand why God created your TEMPORARY human life.
He ALWAYS places CHOICES before you. to determine or build your character. There will be no Satan's in the Kingdom of God

How horrible it will be for the one who quarrels with his maker. He is pottery among other earthenware pots. Does the clay ask the one who shapes it, “What are you making?” Does your work say to you, “There are no handles”?

No one here is quarreling with the Creator. You are insisting that you know the Creator's will for everyone, and that is false, imo.
