Heroic Derek Chauvin Appeals to US Supreme Court

Jail would have been fine. Cops aren't allowed to murder for any reason.
What I've been asking you ALL THIS TIME: How were they supposed to accomplish this task?

They handcuffed him and tried to transport him to jail.....he immediately began destroying the police SUV once inside after it took 15 minutes for four officers struggling to get him inside of it. He then continued to struggle to get away....but all that struggling took a toll on his body....hastening his overdose.

How were they supposed to transport him to jail when his drug cocktail was equivalent to a PCP overdose?

Unruly prisoners have been arrested and transported for centuries without killing them. He was handcuffed on the ground. He wasn't a threat to anybody.

Let’s keep this in perspective. Cops deal with 50 million people a year, many of them defiant, belligerent, stoned, drunk, etc., etc., and in 0.00000001% of the encounters, it doesn’t end well.

There was no reason to burn down cities, assault thousands of people, loot stores, set cars on fire, and murder 30 people because of an exceedingly rare occurrence.

The USSC will not have its feelings cap on but rather it’s lawful thinking one
In spite of it's supposed neutrality the SCOTUS is still a political entity. There's nothing to be gained by hearing this case. The only way to win is not to play.

That's not the reason. Chauvin claims that media coverage "tainted" the verdict. You could basically claim that for every case and that's why the SC won't go there.

Right, but you thought it was ok for a bunch of Trump Humpers to try to overthrow the Gov't.

Wrong. You should talk to someone who has COPD, or some other breathing problems. Breathing is a more complex procedure than you might think. You might have enough CO2 laden air in your lungs to say a few words, but that doesn't mean you are able to expel enough of it to allow for inhaling enough fresh oxygen, or that the passageway is open enough to even allow sufficient oxygen. Oxygen to the blood can be depleated in a very short time. That's when organs shut down. The man was murdered.
Nope
When you cannot draw in air you can’t expel it either
Stop lying shit for brains

Police are not doctors or nurses nor caregivers nor public relations
They are law enforcement and force has consequences to the lawless

Brave COP, Derek does his job and then gets 25 years in PRISON

They destroyed half his life in order to stop black thugs from rioting.

F america

I am sure the USSC wont do anything as they dont want to deal with the masses of peasants

What bothered me the most is that a plea offer wasn't even presented.
Not in his state case because that one was cut and dry. Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Chauvin copped a plea in his federal case and avoided a possible life sentence. The feds were happy they didn't have to prove a hate crime charge beyond a reasonable doubt and let it go with another 21 years for Chauvin, running concurrent.

What does that have to do with the lie about police and blacks?

And nobody tried to overthrow the government. Selfie sticks aren’t much of a weapon of choice.

Chauvin needs to be pardoned and reinstated. Why do you support a drug-addled scumbag over police? Oh I forgot, you are a far Left whackjob that hates cops and wants to see them eliminated, except of course for YOUR Gestapo to round up political opponents.

So Derek rots in prison for doing his job
WTF

IF you watch the video.. ITS 100 percent clear that Derek is not on his NECK or throat.
The degenerate died of a drug OD

Correct! Accounts say he was bashing his head on the inside of the cop car, was shouting he can't breathe and claiming claustrophobia. He was bleeding from his head so they pulled him back out of the car and told him to lay on the ground. Later they found he had ingested meth and found it in the backseat of the cop car. Chauvin had no way of knowing the thug was half dead already when he was holding him down. By the way, the sombitch thug was blabbering the whole time so he couldn't have been strangled by Chauvin's knee.

Floyd felt the same degree of fear and panic before he passed out as the pregnant woman whose belly he held a gun to.

He ingested meth?! That alone could have established reasonable doubt.

The jury was afraid they’d set off another few months of BLM savagery, and thus convicted him.
