People lie under oath all the time. I'm going to stick with what was actually published in the coroner's autopsy report. Floyd died of complications from a drug overdose exacerbated by the ardors of fighting three officers resisting arrest. The officers were just doing their jobs according to standard policy and there is nothing you can say to counter that. Had Floyd been later gotten off the street and into a paddy-wagon off to jail that day, you would have zero argument, zero complaints and Floyd would still be alive, but instead, he chose to lie in the street forcing police to restrain him.

Reading the directions and warnings on your prescription bottle is not "studying medicine".

Derek Chauvin hid behind his badge and his immunity from prosecution, to violently abuse suspects. The violent criminal in this scenario was the guy with the badge not the person who ended up dead under his knee.

Really smart white cops don’t violently abuse or murder suspects.

The autopsy says nothing of the kind. The autopsy says that although he did have drugs in his system, they didn’t kill him.

The chief of police testified under oath in court that nothing that Derek Chauvin did, was according to “standard policy” and that he violated the policy that states that restraints not be applied after the suspects ceases resisting. Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd’s neck for more than 3 minutes after he was dead, which was more than one minute after he lost consciousness.

If anyone has faced an authoritarian's fascist tactics for any reason, then you are right. Those tactics can be on all people. And there are many people seething at how they have been treated. There are just still too many people who genuflect to the authoritarian. Winning in a shootout is most likely suicide. Perhaps even looking for it for some. The sad thing is that there are a malaise and lethargy and more and more people do not help anyone needing it and that includes the authoritarian.
