Regarding police reform. I think we need to be tougher when it comes to Law and Order, going back to Stop and Frisk and the policies of Mayor Rudy Giuliani from 1994 to 2001.

I am a avionics flight control specialist until Bill Clinton decided to down size the military so we had to become fully qualified on all avionics for the jet. Learned radar and weapons control, navigation and communications, but i always asked a question about the downsizing. If 1 jet came back broken, then there was 1 tech to handle the job, but if 4 jets came back, you then had to shut down 3 jets and fix them in order of priority. It has always been the will of the left to cripple our military so countries like China can rule supreme..

I have a number of reforms I would like to see. Here are a few off the top of my head.
1. Body cams on every cop and dash cams in ever car for protection of both sides.
2. A national police academy that all cops are trained to the same standards.
3. Enhanced Psychological testing.
4. Oversight by an independent unit instead of internal affairs.

You are referring to Rivet Work Force. I was a SME during it's planning. We argued that that was too much equipment for one person to be proficient on. The reply was thankyou for your input now shut up and sit down. Believe me we tried to mitigate it as much as possible only to be rebuffed at every turn.
