only mccain, liz cheney and kinzinger can really be said to have opposed trump, and they will not be factors going forward.

"lawfare," is how civilized people settle disputes. i know trumpists prefer violence, but trump's dream team of dynamic imaginative privaste sector attorneys from top elite ivy league schools seem capable of advancing the strategy of "delay until trump retrieves pardon power."

the prosecutors are lowly paid civil servants with degrees from state universities who are known to be lazy and corrupt. can't the judges see that and dismiss the cases?
