Second question if you have insurance would you care how much they charged for your ACL repair? Third question. If your dog needed an ACL repair and the cost was 500k. If you had insurance to cover it would you get him the surgery? What about if you didn’t.

I doubt it. I had to have a liver transplant. In a foreign country, that usually doesn't happen. I had two of the leading experts in this country work on me. My Anthem/Blue Cross insurance was worth every dime. My wife got it through her work.

If you live in Japan say for decades or since your birth, you probably wouldn't need one. Japanese are extremely healthy. I am sure Americans living there can attest as they too are probably very healthy.
