*Active lifestyle/exercise,
*proper diet and nutrition,
*plenty of rest(sleep),
*avoiding excess of alcohol, recreational drugs, (eating too much) food (overweight~obese)

Medical Care = Assistance from medical professionals to support/repair one's Health when Personal Care/Lifestyle aren't enough.

Medical Insurance = Financial methods to help pay the costs of Medical Care needed when your Personal Care of Health hasn't been enough to produce desired, positive results.

Sooo ....

If YOU can't/won't/don't Take Care of Your Own Health, ...
... and Need Medical Care* to Fix Your Health Your Own Health, ....
.... then the costs of such, via Medical Insurance and out of YOUR pocket expenses, ....

ARE NOT my, or anyone else's, Obligation or Responsibility !

* Medical Care costs range from education~tuition of Practitioners , to tools/equipment, and facilities; some one has to pay for.

The Constitution, and that Article~Section especially are vaguely written, and couldn't address the changes in science and technology that have come along in the 250 years since.

However, where does it say the Fed should be involved in food safety (FDA), aviation safety (FAA), Dept. of Health, Civil Engineering standards, Electrical Engineering standards, Hiway/Traffic Safety, etc. ???

Sorry, but my 70+ years on this planet, in this country, have shown that about 4 out of 5 "citizens" can barely manage their own lives, let alone be left to manage that of others, or the nation.

There are some tasks we should take away from government, but we are far from the point of removing it in total.
