Then they claimed the hearings lacked due process. Well, yeah, they are hearings, not a legal proceeding. The evidentiary standards are not the same as in a court case. Anyone who is indicted will have an opportunity to defend themselves in court. Everyone understands that except Trumpleton's.

Then they claimed it was all hearsay even though the irrefutable fact is that witness testimony has corroborated the evidence, and the testimony of other witnesses, not disputed it.
