Great! Now republicans can acquire votes from countries around the world who identify with liberty and freedom. I’ll start by getting millions of Japanese to vote in my local town council elections.

Yes, we just need to start playing the game they are. We need to start canvasing all homes in rural areas and towns and handing out ballots, helping them to register, delivering their mail in ballots for them. Lots of cemeteries in rural areas too.

Judge Denise Casper is violating everyone's right to vote.
She should be sued.

Can we just get on with Civil War 2.0 already.
The Marxists are becoming increasingly emboldened.

Rogue judges are changing America with 0.5% participating and 99.5% not .
Trump needs to act with balls after this pussyfooting with Iran

God forbid any of you read the article

Instead, she agreed that the Constitution gives states and Congress the authority to regulate elections, and that Trump's requirements violated the separation of powers.

The Constitution "does not grant the President any specific powers over elections," she wrote.

Incredible how many of you want a king.

Isn't she the foreign-born judge who has decreed to protect foreigners from not being able to vote?

The Constitution "does not grant the President any specific powers over elections," she wrote.
Where does the Constitution give a district judge in Boston the power to supersede a sitting president? It doesn't. Her authority is the Boston area and she doesn't hold power to override a national election, as president, making decisions for the entire country.

If left to stand, that would mean that any one of 600 appointed district judges can at anytime intercede between a president and his elected policies.

Congress appointed her yet she is pretending to have more power than all of Congress.

"Casper rejected the administration's argument that the lawsuit to block the changes brought by Democratic state attorneys general was premature because the rules had yet to be implemented. Instead, she agreed that the Constitution gives states and Congress the authority to regulate elections, and that Trump's requirements violated the separation of powers.

I think she may have a point.

And media framed it, how?
And judge shanaynay applied a permanent ban. With what authority?
Trump’s EO jibes with federal election law so how can she permanently ban it?

Actually, in the matter of federal elections, doesn't the Fed hold sway over the States?

And this woman is not president, she is not congress. She's not even the Fed. She is just a tiny district Judge whose sphere of operations is just supposed to be matters affecting the Boston area.
