A person working in an office in a Fed building is not accessing a facility that controls air traffic. The FAA has more than just ATC people. They have HR, they have contracting specialist and more. These people would be no where near an ATC facility

Yes Doc, diverse. People of color, women, people who may not have the financial means for full pilot training. Not mentally challenged, with behavior disorders, and degenerates. There is a certain level of both physical and mental challenges you need to be able to pass to be a pilot.
