Once again we see the herd mentality when trumpanzees congregate here. The OP insinuates that there are ATC staff sitting in the tower and communicating with flights, who are unable to perform that duty.

There are thousands of roles within these organizations and just as nobody would hire a man in wheelchair to serve as a fireman fighting fires nobody would or has hired a paraplegic or deaf person to manage flights in a control tower.

For example there are thousands of IT related job, a physical disability is no impediment to working in these kinds of roles.

These span cybersecurity, data, tech support, software development, software testing, networking, project management and so on.

I've worked in technology for over forty years in private industry and banking and insurance and seen quite a few disabled people over the years who were first class workers, hard working, honest and principled.

You people are simply extreme right wingers, fake Americans and fake Christians, you are not representative of Trump voters either, most of them that I know are not hostile as many here are. They are just hopeful that some of Trump's changes will improve the country but they do not applaud and get excited at every decision Trump makes.
