The evidence is what the women claim. It's the same thing used against Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein. Both ended up in prison. The hotel records merely prevent him from saying he wasn't there.

Again, where is the evidence? Were any of these women tested for GHB? If so, why did no one prosecute? The answer is obviously "no".
