Well, very stupid article i think! Because it doesn't matter for burglars and other scum what the weather on streets, because if they wanna commit a crime they will do that.
But for cops, these lazy asses i think will never stop somebody, because there's too cold to get off the car, huh!

You can hide murder weapons in the snow and come back later to get them once the heat is off you. And you can hide loot. You can even hide dead bodies which might not be found till the snow goes away, givin' you time to come up with a solution. You can even hide yourself if you gotta make a quick escape from the popo lol. Snow and ice also makes it difficult for some vehicles to traverse certain landscapes, so you might have the advantage on foot if you are being pursued by officers who on average are very poorly trained in combat.

yes---cold and even rain puts a stop on lots of varieties of crime----especially mass rioting. Just on a hunch----I would say it does nothing to end passion slayings
