How many is too many?

90% of population growth in California and 70% of population growth in the nation during the 1990's was from immigration and their offspring.

Could it be Obama and the D party are trying to change the demographics of the nation?

Why doesn't the article provide a break down between illegal and legal immigration?

Is it because that increase is primarily from legal immigration?

Good catch because, as all rabid RWs know, no immigrants, legal or not, ever came to the US before Obama was elected.

Since almost all of us came from immigrants, the figure is closer to 300 million.

The economy is driving that change. The great increase comes from legal citizens having children. And 13% of America being immigrant is a low nation historically. In the 1860s it was about 1/2. In 1960 it was about 6%.
