As America retreats and divides, China & Germany look to fill the void

So some Trumpsters are very cranky about this thread, some agree with it.

But all of them support Trump's decisions to put us where we are.

By "Trumsters" you mean people that support the President politically, of course.

Funny you have to use baby talk to describe your enemies.
I don't have any enemies. At least as far as I'm concerned. Nor do I hate those who dare to think differently than me.

Yes, I have developed an impulse to dumb things down when discussing partisan politics. Especially in that area. Guilty.

What you have is a need to ridicule people that disagree with you, while complaining about a lack of communication between opposing sides.

Mmmm....
But of course, you're only touching on a part of it. As you folks tend to do.

What I actually say, and I've said it many times, is that there are people who will most likely never a part of the constructive conversation that will lead to long-lasting progress. These people simply lack the capacity for the requisite communication, collaboration and innovation. And I no longer waste the effort with them.

You must have "forgotten" that.

Mmmmm.....

No, I remember your excuse for your actions. But I continue to point out the gap between your words and your actions, in the irrational hope that you are capable of self awareness and learning.

When I know that is not the way that debates work.
I don't come here to debate. Waste of time here. I come here to observe and toss out my opinion now and then.

You spend far too much time and energy thinking about me. Several people here do. Not my problem.

I come here to discuss ideas and see mine tested by fierce debate. . You are not the only person I talk to or about. You are one of the sadder cases, because you used to try to actually debate and I am the one that broke you.

When you make statements that I feel need addressed, in a public forum, I will address them.

That is not me, "spending far too much time....thinking about you".
Sure, got it.

I love that "broke you" thing. I'm sure you have a riveting backstory to that.

How proud you are to think that. And another great example of my point.

I feel bad about it. And you ignore valid responses, or counter points.

If China did not have the massive trade surplus from US, over the last several decades and currently and into the foreseeable future, they would not be in the position to threaten US, or the world.

The first step seems obvious.

Yeah, people like you blob shouldn't have their stuff made in China. People like you should stop worshiping people who have their stuff made in China.

1. I want Trade policy that strongly discourages people from having their stuff made in China.
But you'll vote for and continue to worship the guy who chose to make a few pennies more over giving Americans a job. Right? Of course you will.

2. I worship no one. Your inability to respect that other people support other political leaders, politically, and that is ok, is you being an asshole.
Thanks for the chuckle....a blob supporter complaining about respecting other's opinions. That's rich.

3. My post seems to indicate that you agree with my point, but can't admit it. Would you like to clarify? Or is that asking to much of a liberal?

China is powerful for a number of reasons, capital is one to be sure. People like your blob (whom you worship and defend with every breath) decided to invest in Shanghai instead of Chicago. And the result is clear. And you continue to support and worship the person who sold the US out.

The first step seems obvious...stop supporting American businessmen who sell out the country. Will you take that first step fuck face? Of course you wont.

Trump was the only one candidate that seemed serious about addressing the issue of the Trade Imbalance. Hillary and other liberals I've talked to, generally have given up on the idea of America winning.

Your complaints about TRump's own outsourcing does not change that.

Trade policy is how we change trade. Voting for the status quo candidates, like HIllary or Biden, when we want to change policy is not rational.

Have we been losing shit brains?

Highest standard of living.
Strongest military ever.
Something like the greatest number of Nobel Prize winners by far--in Science and the Arts and the Humanities.
The blob came along and got idiots like you to buy into the fantasy that the poor are your enemy, they are getting a sweet ride, every other nation is somehow inferior and hosing us, and worst of all, he convinced you guys that you're being victimized. Which is something you see play out here daily.

Your complaints about TRump's own outsourcing does not change that.
Change what? That he chose to invest in Hong Kong instead of Houston? He doesn't give two shits about the American worker....then or now.

Trade policy is how we change trade. Voting for the status quo candidates, like HIllary or Biden, when we want to change policy is not rational.

Get a clue dipshit...your blob is a status quo candidate.

I'll Let Sam Elliot explain it to you:

Sad to see America retreating from the world stage, alienating and angering its allies, isolating itself from progress, looking closer to dividing in two than growing in strength, abdicating its role as Leader of the Free World and creating a global leadership vacuum the world hasn't seen in 100 years. China, meanwhile, continues to take advantage of our exit, and is aggressively working towards the future, below.

Can Europe, with Germany leading the way, slow down the global advancement of China? Here's hoping. China's intentions for us are clearly not in America's best interests. And we'll see what America decides it wants to be in November.

.
Poor little upset globalist sooo upset that Trump makes socialists everywhere angry.

America HAS to divide. Americans surely won't go communist and the commies won't give an inch.

Because I don't let Wallys get away with Circular Arguing, if that is your intent.

China is smiling politely at Trump and taking advantage of his ineptness. This is brutal.

I hope Europe can do something here. Even if Biden wins, it would take some time to reverse this damage.
If allowing our "allies" to rape us makes china weaker... Yeah, I still don't want to be raped.

Try what? Try to change the trade balance? We've had an endless list of programs and politicians who have tried. What your blob did was try something that everyone knew would not work which is why his predacessors never tried it; tariffs. I bet you still think the exporters pay tariffs. Why because he told you they do.

It's ECON 101. As is born out by our ever increasing trade deficit.

Because I don't let Wallys get away with Circular Arguing, if that is your intent.

That is a change of topic. You were making the case that Trump's position was invalid, because of his own outsourcing.

Now you are moving on. Is that because you are admitting that it was a valid issue and Trump was the only serious candidate willing to try to address the issue?

Or are you changing the topic, because you lost the previous argument, and you want to thus talk about something else for a while, well maintaining the option of coming back to the same points that were already refuted?

IE circular arguing. As per Wally.

God Lord, you really pretending to be so retarded that you did not get that the context of the question was related to the period of time of the campaign, when these issues were being discussed?

Not credible.

The issue is real. Trump was willing to try to address it in such as way as to serve American Interests, while Hillary was all about giving up on those jobs and the trade deficit.

That you find this worthy of ridicule and attack, is strange. Do you have a reason for that, or are you just a partisan hack?

Germany is not Germany. It is basically a once great country drained by (((Israel))) and neocon allies as punishment for defeating them in WWII which was followed by (((Soros))) infiltration by Muslims to complete their genocide of Germanic people.
Germany was de-balled decades ago. They wouldn't stand up to anybody, much less China.

Trump's plan was to try something nobody else tried--tariffs. Everyone told him--even his own financial advisor--that it wouldn't work. And wow...it didn't work. Shocking!

That you don't believe it didn't work is hilarious and ridiculous. Thus I laugh at and ridicule you.

I have not addressed whether it worked or not. I was talking to you about the issue and you seemed to be trying to make the case that it was not a valid issue or that Trump was not... something about the issue.

You were not very clear about the point(s) you were trying to make.

When I pointed out that Trump was the only candidate that seemed serious about even trying to address the issue, IN THE LAST ELECTION, you changed the subject to whether or not Trump has been successful on the issue.

BUT, I know you libs. If I try to address you on this new topic, and start making you uncomfortable, you will pivot and go back to the earlier talking points that I already addressed, and you will pretend that I did not already refute them.

That is why your name is Wally.

Hence my challenge to you to admit that Trade policy is a valid issue and that Trump was the candidate who made the most serious claim to being prepared to address it.

Nothing about whether or not he succeeded.

And you can't even answer the question. Because you will look like a fool, to deny that trade policy is a valid issue.

BUt you CAN'T bring yourself to admit that it is, because that makes supporting Trump, legitimate.

Thus, you dance. Like a fool.

That is a change of topic. You were making the case that Trump's position was invalid, because of his own outsourcing.
I was pointing out that we have a trade imbalance with China due to people like your God, the Blob.

Now you are moving on. Is that because you are admitting that it was a valid issue and Trump was the only serious candidate willing to try to address the issue?
LOL...

You asked me if he was the only candidate to try to address the issue. I informed you differently since you're clearly very stupid.

Or are you changing the topic, because you lost the previous argument, and you want to thus talk about something else for a while, well maintaining the option of coming back to the same points that were already refuted?

IE circular arguing. As per Wally.

You inserted a question saying "before we go on" so we were addressing your question shit brains.
God Lord, you really pretending to be so retarded that you did not get that the context of the question was related to the period of time of the campaign, when these issues were being discussed?

Not credible.

People like your blob started the trade imbalance. Worship him a little less and study him a little more.

You were not very clear about the point(s) you were trying to make.
Sure I was. That is why you're so butt hurt.

When I pointed out that Trump was the only candidate that seemed serious about even trying to address the issue, IN THE LAST ELECTION, you changed the subject to whether or not Trump has been successful on the issue.
A serious candidate would do serious things. Not impose taxes on importers (tariffs) and think that'll change exporter's behavior; He also wouldn't raise the prices to consumers who are the lifeblood of our economy.

BUT, I know you libs. If I try to address you on this new topic, and start making you uncomfortable, you will pivot and go back to the earlier talking points that I already addressed, and you will pretend that I did not already refute them.
You don't know shit. You prove it daily.
That is why your name is Wally.
Wally? It's about as dumb as anything else you've posted. And you have quite a lineage in the area of dumb posts.

Hence my challenge to you to admit that Trade policy is a valid issue and that Trump was the candidate who made the most serious claim to being prepared to address it.
Trade policy is a valid issue.

Your blob helped create the trade imbalance. His remedies were right out of the "What Not To Do When You Have A Trade Deficit" handbook.

Nothing about whether or not he succeeded.
Because you know your God is a failure; as a politician, as a man, as a human being.

And you can't even answer the question. Because you will look like a fool, to deny that trade policy is a valid issue.
That isn't what you asked me fuck face. Here is your quote:

" Before we move on to how successful Trump was or was not, are you admitting that it is a valid issue and that Trump was the only one taking a public position to even try?"

Trade is a valid issue...I don't know where I ever said it wasn't.
He didn't try anything that had a chance in hell of working. It would be like a firefighter deciding to try gasoline instead of water. And whatdoyouknow...he failed.

BUt you CAN'T bring yourself to admit that it is, because that makes supporting Trump, legitimate.
Supporting the failed policies of the blob? Feel free.

Thus, you dance. Like a fool.
Whatever you say shit brains.
