The Earth repairs itself all the time. If geologic processes stopped today, the Earth would be almost as smooth as a billiard ball within 5 million years.

That's how effective erosion is.

There is nothing man can do on a global level save one thing, we CAN lower the global temperature. Toss enough nukes to blow enough crap in to the atmosphere and I do think we can initiate global cooling. I don't know what the duration would be, but that I have calculated we can do.

We CANNOT raise global temps. We don't produce enough energy to even come close.

We are fucking the planet up so much that we are actually going into a freeze, and yet still we are getting hotter.

The planet has been cooling for millions of years with glacial cycles occurring the past 3 million years. Man has nothing to do with it. The planet is uniquely configured for colder temperatures because both polar regions are thermally isolated from warm marine currents.
