No they're not. There's millions of acres of leases that are open again. Oil companies have more drilling permits than they can use.

This is all controlled by the oil companies. Not Biden.

They drill and produce what THEY want. Not what the president wants. Oil is not state owned. The government doesn't tell them when and where to drill. Or how much to produce.

The oil leases that were closed, were ones that hadn't been used and no oil company was looking to lease them.

There is no federal dept of education in each state and there never has been.

Each State DOE is governed by that state government, which has their own dept of education...not a federal agency.

So the federal govt DOE, is not each state's source for their own educational problems, the state itself is the problem.

since that happened.

strings attached after the states got hooked on that block grant Uncle Sugar money.

Lol.. we don't buy any oil from Saudi Arabia or Iran. When Trump placed sanctions on Venezuela we bought oil from Russia, but I don't know the current status. Most of the oil we import comes from Canada and Mexico.
