It won't stop them from filing more frivolous lawsuits though.

It's OVER Trumptards ... Please move on

WISCONSIN — The Wisconsin Supreme Court said Thursday it will not hear President Donald Trump's lawsuit, which had requested to overturn election results in two Wisconsin counties.
The lawsuit sought to overturn 200,000 ballots in Wisconsin. The decision from the Supreme Court comes just days after the Wisconsin Election Commission officially declared Joe Biden as the winner of Wisconsin.
Governor Tony Evers and the Wisconsin Election Commission have said the Trump Administration is required to file the lawsuit in circuit court, not the state Supreme Court.

Well, I don't think we can count this as a court loss. Again, the minute they walk into a lower court and have to present evidence, it's all over.

Still don't understand the process? :)
Well, let me boil it down for you.
The SC never hears any case concerning the election.

Incorrect as the Hippie explained and you didn’t watch due to your 0 second attention span.

Clearly you’re ignorant of the American judicial system.
