Wisconsin Supreme Court to Trump: Uh, No!

The WI SC refused to hear Trump's case.

It won't stop them from filing more frivolous lawsuits though.

Good.

Fast-tract that bitch right to the SCOTUS.

Still don't understand the process? :)
Well, let me boil it down for you.
The SC never hears any case concerning the election.

Incorrect as the Hippie explained and you didn’t watch due to your 0 second attention span.

Is this where you try to get people to watch your rambling conspiracy theory videos on youtube again?

A fact is a conspiracy?
Do you believe that if it's not on CNN it's a conspiracy.

A rambling conspiracy video on youtube is not a fact.

Then why is SCOTUS hearing the case?

They are? Link?

Fox, AP, Reuters
Take your head out of your ass.
Not on CNN or any of the overt Liberal Fake News sites.

So they haven't agreed to hear it, that's what I thought.

They will because the States broke the Federal Laws regarding the Ballot dates.

So they haven't agreed to hear it, that's what I thought.

They have not.

But they might.

And then they'll come to the same conclusion as the PA SC.
And let's remember. This doesn't pertain to enough votes to overturn the PA election and PA is not even needed for a Biden win.

The SCOTUS would have to overturn like FOUR state elections

Judge Alito agreed to hear the case.
Then why is SCOTUS hearing the case?
So far they have not agreed to do so
There are other cases in areas that fall under different Justices. Enough similar cases will likely tip the balance.
And, as the Supreme Court always does, they will consolidate all those similar matters into one matter and hear all of the issues at once.

Once again, all these night shift Internet lawyers need to go back to law school.

There is no federal law on ballot dates.
Yes there is.
The ballot dates were changed last year by several states without consulting with the Federal authorities.

I realize CNN doesn’t mention this.
Cool. Post the federal statute you’re referring to.
I watched a non-CNN video and you didn’t.
I don’t save Links to edify Liberals who can’t be edified.

BINGO!

The further we get from the requests with no action taken makes me think they won't be hearing the cases.
The further we get the more evidence.

You understand that legal precedent is controlling in this situation, right?

The Supreme Court has subject-matter jurisdiction to review state court rulings when they touch on federal issues, or when they concern U.S. Constitutional rights.

To law school with you.

Ah. So you watched a video and you believe it was completely truthful?

Do you believe everything on the internet?
